Specifications: The Wellness House comes in two standard sizes (the MG-3 and the Marc IV) but can also be purchased in larger custom commercial sizes (Please contact us for details). Each unit is fully automated and is constructed of all weather stainless steel. Units may be installed inside or outside but outside installations should be protected from freezing.

Installation:
Requires a licensed plumber and will normally take between one and two
hours to complete the installation depending on local plumbing codes.
A standard 110 VAC outlet is also required within 5 feet of the
unit in order to operate the automated controller. The controller is
programmable and will automatically backwash the unit on a regular cycle
(usually once per week) while you are asleep.
Backwash water can
be used for irrigation of your lawn and garden or it can be directed to
nearest sewer. Contact us for complete installation instructions.
Note to Architects, Builders, and Engineers: Because of the small footprint of the Wellness House system, there is no need to redesign the floor plan of any anticipated building project. The MG III takes up less than 1 square foot and the Marc IV's foot print is only 13'' x 13''. MG III's require a 1'' diameter connection and Marc IV's require a 1 1/4'' connection. Larger custom units with volumetric capacities to 100 gpm are also available. Such units can be manifolded together to produce up to 400 gpm or more of fully purified and enhanced drinking water.
